Due to the nature of food products, returns may not be accepted once items have been delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact MBAKES Ltd within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers should provide: Order number, Description of the issue, Photos if applicable
If verified, MBAKES Ltd may offer a replacement product, refund, or store credit.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
To report an issue, please email orders@mbakes.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order, including clear photographs of the affected items.
